Hong Kong / Macau Residents Immigrating As Taiwan University Graduates

Hong Kong / Macau residents graduated from a Taiwan university, and has been working in Hong Kong or Macau for 2 years or more after graduation, can apply for Taiwan residence. His/her spouse and unmarried children under 18 years old can apply as accompanying members.

Requirement of Naturalization

Staying in Taiwan for one year, during which leaving Taiwan 30 days or less;
OR
Staying in Taiwan for two consecutive years, during which leaving Taiwan 270 days or less in each year
